about

Aquí está por fin “The whale & the ocean”.

“We are oceans, we are whales, we can set the pace”
“Somos océanos, somos ballenas, nosotros marcamos el paso”

Track Name: Symphony train
When I sharpen my mind´s wit
I see myself thousand miles from here
When the bells ring for dawn
Dusty town I´ll be gone lights off!

This lonely bed this silent heart
Thrilling picture of my home is done
Then I will follow up new stars
They will guide me at last! Lights on!

Train... I can hear your tired gear
Coughing and creaking down the hills
Train... roam me through endless plains
Play that old mellow symphony

Like Charlie Pool good friend of mine
who was last seeing by a dying sacred cow
I will leave my trace behind
I will vanish in the haze well alright!

And all those stupid “chicken-eyed”
Won´t spend life staring at my hat no more
So bye bye you bored dusty choir
I leave you in this thick and lifeless atmosphere

Train... I can sight your chims away
Painting that misty and smoky trail
Train... keep on burning mouldy coal
That´ll write my future symphony
Track Name: The emigrant
Find myself wandering the eternal streets
I can’t help thinking of you
Now that you are claiming your right to survive
Mud in the heavens

He says that begging is not your style
Drowning your sorrows it might
Long strange trip he´s been into the gale
He wonders with concern

He wipes the album from cobwebs and dust
Blank pages without a trace
The pass makes you jittery and shows your scars

Hey serpent skin boy where´re you heading
Come back beside me that I´m cold!

My steps then took me to a dirty old bar
The smell hit me right in the brain
Five naive chickens sent to the slaughter
One never returned

Back to the forest where trees growing wild
Their goal is reaching the sky
Casting red shadows and shivering inside
Don´t try to hide

Hey serpent skin boy
where´re you heading
Come back beside me that I´m cold!
Will that be your fate
you can´t escape
Wandering emigrant
in the shade
Track Name: The lost stave
Further from the score
Way beyond the notes
Hear a melody
But the tune is out of tune

Sitting´on the clock
Trying to catch the fate
I´m a tightrope walker
And I´ve loosen all the strings of my guitar

You can kiss my
You can kiss my
You can kiss my
You can kiss my... Again

So back to my place
Never I should´ve left
Compose my master piece
With snores of goats and bees

It´s easy to Find the quill
that begins to write your end
But instead I will be seed
That will grow into you quiet and deep

You can´t reach me
You can´t reach me
You can´t reach me
You won´t reach me... Again

Go Find someone else
Someone you can shape at your will
you´ll get your return nice juicy return
Our voices don´t blend well
Go Find someone else to exploit
I just wonder how they manage all the royalties
Track Name: Fake lambs
I´ve heard words like yours
Thousand times before
And I know, it could be great
You want me to feed your dreams
Support your thoughts
Believe your speech

Yes, I´ve heard others like you
Too many times before
And I know, it could be fIne
You´re going to feed my son
Support my hopes
Forgive my sins

Sorry, but I can´t trust you no more
I´m fed up of all those like you
With golden intentions they come
and new lyrics to sing
Leave me alone living my own way
Whistling my own song

Once upon a time...
I saw rings like yours
But I bet you could rip me off
You want me to clap your preachment
allow your business
obey your law

Yes, I´ve seen crowns like yours
So many times before
But I´m sure its shine will leave us blind
You need me to pay for your tie
Hold up your pulpit
And wash your hands

Fake lambs, fake lambs
lions swallow souls, lions swallow souls.

Sorry, but I can´t trust you no more
I´m fed up of all those like you
With golden intentions they come
and new lyrics to sing
Leave me alone living my own way
Whistling my own song
Track Name: Oh my dear!
Like a bird I´m always singing on the trees
Do,re,mi
But you can´t stand my melody
It hurts your ears

Like you say I´m so stupid to understand
A,B,C
You don´t have time enough to teach
What I need

Dancing on the roof
emptying my brain
picking up the little pieces of my heart beating.

Before I left
I baked some cookies, hopes and dreams
Bon appÉtit!

I´m sure you ate them drinking beers
Happy meal…
In my suitcase
Just one-way ticket, don´t know where

Bye, bye, my sweet
You wouldn’t believe my brand new dress
Put the blame on me, boy

Dancing on the roof
emptying my brain
picking up the little pieces of my heart beating.

Like a FIsh I don´t remember anything
1,2,3
I can´t remember all those things

That you said to me
Like he said they are all blowing in the wind
R.I.P.
I have forgot even your name
Oh my dear!

Dancing on the roof
emptying my brain
burning out the little pieces,
little pieces, little pieces
still beating.
Track Name: Upside down
Roses falling from your eyes
No one knows the reason why
Landing somewhere in the sky
There comes a time when turning left be right

Roses coming out your breast
Lord I´m going off my mind
I´m not seeking happiness
There´ll come a day when all we do ´be rest

You´re a victim of your own speech
Who´ll take care of me

The sunset is coming right away
And it burns your silhouette
Roses printed in the sun
There´ll come a wave that´ll put me upside down

I´m collecting every thorn
That is falling from your soul
Is the nature of the song
To keep you warm until you find the road

You´re a victim of your own speech
Who´ll take care of me

What a story what a life!
There ain´t shelter safe enough
Is the nature of the song
To keep us warm until we find the road
Track Name: For the good times
I propose a toast for the good times
The old days´d be always the engine of our hearts
Let us sing along for the good times
New days are coming with Flowers in the dirt

I propose a toast for the good times
The old days´d be always running through our veins
Let us sing along for the good times
New days are coming we´ve got to be prepared

We are exhausted
we´ve been working hard all day
But we won´t lose our faith
they won´t make it all the way

No more misery
we know that it won´t take long
It´s so dark outside
mother nature takes revenge

Such a dreadful sight
looks like dawn is out of reach
let´s have one more drink
and keep the grudge away my friend
Track Name: Here it comes
sometimes I´m a cloud left driven
by the southern winds
that gets tangled in my Fingers
tangled in my hair sometimes...

I´m riding northern winds
I´m blown up and threatening rain
Here comes the storm
here it comes at last shining

Some days near the twilight I´m the
cloud that turns to Flames
Cradled by the dusk and
yawning in the lazy red

Snoozing with delight
until the time I´ll fade away
There´s no fear in this slow end,
even listen to the waves

Your breath that gives me a lift
Your steps moulds myself
The gap of your silence
Makes me rain
The cold wind of your absence
The empty sky you leave
It really drags me down

Sometimes I´m a cloud with no will
no voice no faith
And my hair and my Fingers get
burned by the southern winds

Hopelessly drifting
trapped in an artic blow
Defeated by the gales
that I cannot keep no more

Your breath that gives me a lift
Your steps moulds myself
The gap of your silence
Makes me rain
The cold wind of your absence
The empty sky you leave
It really drags me down

Today I´m a cloud
set on Fire by the sun
Soon I´ll burn to ashes
longing your last word
it starts to rain
it starts to rain heavy
I start to rain I start to rain deep
Track Name: The whale & the ocean
Let it out
let it be the wind
Let the wind travel trough the mist

Come out blurred
soften the edges
Let it all be rounded by the sea

Floods of smiles Floods of tears
gently we all dive...

We are oceans
we are whales
we can set the pace
